Castlebar County Registrar's Court - Sittings Notice - 28/04/2020

All matters will stand adjourned to a date to be notified by Castlebar Court Office.

However the County Registrar will deal with the following on 11th May, 2020;

(1) Where Consent Orders are being sought and where the parties provide the terms of said Order in advance together with consent to the making of said Order

(2) Where the applications are ex-parte and all paperwork is in order.

(3) Applications to withdraw or strike out from Applicants only. (Please note that it the practice of the County Registrar not to made any Order for costs in such cases)

All such draft terms and consents must be emailed to castlebarcourtoffice@courts.ie by 8th May, 2020.

There will be no need for attendance for any such matters.
